All pieces are made from 925 Sterling silver which takes longer than 950 Sterling silver to oxidize. Also, all pieces are plated with rhodium for extra shine and protection against oxidation. Some details and some versions of pieces are plated with 3 microns of 18k gold, which is 100 thicker than standard.

No, abrask.com does not have any physical stores. We are online only but offer free express shipping in Denmark and Europe.

We want every customer to be celebrated. This is why all orders are gift wrapped.

You order will be dispatched in 1 working days. The delivery time is between 2-3 days in Denmark and 2-10 days in Europe, depending on your location.

In Denmark, we send express for free. For international orders, we only offer delivery with PostNord within 2-10 days.

Tracking typically takes between 24-48 hours to begin updated. We occasionally experience additional lags in the tracking process before orders are delivered, especially during holidays or high volume holiday times. If you still aren't seeing any updates after 48 hours please contact us.

Feel free to reach out with the subject line "Order Change/Cancel" and we will do our best to help you! Please have your order number handy for easy processing!

You may return all unused items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply write us an email within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Yes. If the items has arrived damaged due to transport handling, we will send a new item to you, or you can chose to have your money back.

Sale items are indeed eligible for return,  if the purchase is within our 30 day returns policy.

 

No, we do not offer price adjustments for pieces that were not purchased during a sale period.
